Is the site secure?
Ensuring secure online purchasing is a vital part of our commitment to honour your privacy. The RebelLabel site uses SSL (Secure Socket
Layers) to protect your personal information, including credit card numbers. SSL is used in order to encrypt all personal information,
including your name and credit card information, so that it can't be read while being transferred from your web browser to our server. In
addition, all information is stored in a secure location behind a firewall with limited administrative access.
Developed by Netscape, SSL is the most widely used and successful secure transaction solution. As part of our commitment to offering you the
best performance at all times, we will continue to monitor and analyse future security systems, which will be implemented as they are
developed.
To tell if SSL is working you can check the bottom of your screen to make sure that the symbol, a lock, is unbroken. This unbroken symbol
means that it is completely secure and you can transmit information with safety and confidence.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, RebelLabel does not store your credit card information at any time.
Also, we do not sell, rent or distribute your personal information to any third party.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
If you do not receive any response email, please check your email account for junk mail setting, our email reply might be blocked by your junk mail filter. If possible, send from a different email address.
Shipping Rates and Information
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship orders to most worldwide destinations. A full list of countries we ship to will appear when you check out along with all
the shipping options and costs.
Attention International Buyers.
You might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance, local duties and taxes, are your responsibility. These charges are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Rebel
Label, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. We cannot estimate what these charges might be as they vary widely from
country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Please do not ask us to ship your package as a gift.

Do you ship to P.O. Box?
Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Can you ship to APO/FPO boxes? Can you ship to Military Personnel?
Yes, we are able to ship to these types of addresses.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that
you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping
options to your address will be displayed with their price.
We typically ship orders out the next business day, but under some circumstances, we may take longer. A confirmation email will be sent when
your order has been shipped.
Please note:
RebelLabel does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after
the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays, such as:
Large orders that have more than 40 items may require longer processing time
Delivery is to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address
Delivery is outside Canada
Delays for USA and International orders due to customs clearance
Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification

How do I track my package?
A tracking number will be provided once your order will be shipped. Please note that Small Paquet by Air or Surface do not dispose a tracking number.

Product and Sizing Information
What size shirt should I order?
Since several models are used, you will find all necessary information in the description section of the detailed visualization of a product.
Washing Instructions?
Many of our shirts are made with 100% preshrunk combed cotton knit fabric. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after normal wash. Turn garment inside
out, machine wash warm and tumble dry low. No bleach. Do not iron over design. Do not dry clean. Although you should not expect any
significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.
Designs
What about your designs?
The creative aspect of our work consists of meeting once a week throwing around our ideas and picking the best ones that would suit our
customers needs and wants. Don't be shy we welcome your input and many of our designs come directly from our customers. If the idea of having
your design on a t-shirts sounds cool and being compensated at the same time, please send it at
ideas@rebellabel.com. If we like it, we will pay you $100 and give you a free t-shirt of your choice.
I have a great idea for a shirt! Can I submit it?
If you have a good shirt idea, send it to ideas@rebellabel.com. If we like it, we will pay you $100
and give you a free t-shirt of your choice.
I am a designer, are you hiring?
We are always looking for talented designers to work on a freelance basis. If you are interested, please contact us at

Returns
What is your return policy?
We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective shirts you wish to return. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size
of a shirt you may return it and choose a shirt in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy
with.
All returns must be made within 45 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 45 day period. You have to
obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before you send your return back to us. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without
the RMA number. Email us at support@rebellabel.com to obtain the RMA number.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, we
will refuse it and ask you to pay to have it returned to you.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Make sure to include a copy of the invoice, brief reason for your dissatisfaction and the RMA number written on the invoice. Send your return
